Bremont Homes Hits the Ground Running in 2015

We’re less than a week into 2015 and we’re already looking forward to so many new releases and new developments. One builder that has been super active over the last couple years and is expected to make a big splash early this year is Bremont Homes.

One of Bremont’s busiest projects currently is The Crown of Creditview in Brampton. Bremont is selling inventory homes at the community, some models even have 60-day closings. The home designs are inspired by historical English and French architecture. There are only a few models remaining, the largest of which exceeds 4,500 square feet and has five bedrooms and a three-car garage. Last year, for our What Homebuyers Want series, we highlighted the use of smart technology in condos and homes, so it’s great to see that smart home automation features are available at The Crown of Creditview; many aspects of the home can be controlled with an iPad.

Sounds like a dream community, right? Good thing Bremont recently announced that they will be releasing a new collection at The Crown of Creditview this month! There is a model home open now, so if you want to visit the site and get a feel for the designs and the neighbourhood, you can by registering for a private appointment.

Speaking of getting to know the neighbourhood, we think you will love the prestigious Brampton location on the edge of Eldorado Park. The Mount Pleasant GO Station and Highway 410 are easily accessible from the community, so commuting to other parts of the Greater Toronto Area is a breeze. There are also many shopping and restaurant options in the neighbourhood. In addition to Eldorado Park, there is even more stunning landscape to the west of the community thanks to the exclusive Lionhead Golf & Country Club, where the golfer in your family can test his or her skills every week (or every day!).

So, that’s just one community on which Bremont is working - they have plenty more on the way. New January releases are also scheduled for Forest Edge and Noblewood. Forest Edge is a detached community in Innisfil, just minutes from Lake Simcoe. Noblewood is another one of Bremont’s Brampton projects; this one is located on a private court backing onto valleyland (we’ll be taking a closer look at this community later this week).

As if planning three new releases in January isn’t exciting enough, Bremont also announced three new communities! The first new project is called Kings Manor Estates, which will be built on a private cul-de-sac within a golf course in Credit Valley. Kings Manor will contribute to Bremont’s quickly growing Brampton portfolio. A release date hasn’t been set, but the community is coming soon! Prices will start at $1.1 million.

The next development goes by the name of The Bremont Condominiums. Located at Highway 7 and Islington, these luxury suites will bring a boutique condo option to the heart of Woodbridge. A launch date for The Bremont Condominiums hasn’t launched yet, but it is expected to open this year, so register now!

The final upcoming community that we want to feature is Beach H2O, a new luxury townhome community in Wasaga Beach. At Beach H2O, there are only 150 steps between your front door and the world’s longest freshwater beach! This community is coming this spring, so register today to be the first to receive new information.
