1. What will be in my search results?
We deliver a comprehensive list of new home and condominium communities, elevations and floor plans, feature lists and prices. We invite you to also check out our blog section regarding mortgages, financial planning, real estate law, furniture and much more.
2. How do I begin a search?
Go to the heading Search and in the "Find your new Home" box start entering a city, builder or development click on one of the results. You also have the option to move the map or click revise search to select criteria to narrow down the results.
3. What areas do we cover?
We cover all of Ontario. Select a city or town, fill out the required search criteria and press Search to receive information matching your needs.
4. What kinds of builders are available?
Currently, you can select from more than 150 builders. They range from large corporations developing entire new communities to upper-end custom homebuilders.
5. What is a "New Home Alert"?
You can save your new home search criteria so that you can continue receiving new home information that matches your search criteria as soon as it becomes available. It's fast, efficient and only sends you information relevant to your search.
6. Why should I become an NHBN member?
This free service gives you first-hand information about new home projects as they become available. Be the first to know about new designs, prices, features and more. As well, be invited to pre-grand openings. Become a member today.
7. What are grand openings?
A grand opening is the launch of a new home community by a builder. At a grand opening, pre-registered homebuyers can have the first choice of designs and incentive prices.
8. Can I book an appointment online?
Appointments can be booked online by going to the Grand Opening section when available or by calling the contact numbers provided by the builder.
9. How do I unsubscribe?
Just log in to our website, with your account username and password, then enter the "my home alerts" section of our website. The select the option "Unsubscribe New Home Alert." If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact:
