Something big is underway in southern Kitchener - Williamsburg Homes just started construction on Williamsburg Walk, the area’s first mid-rise condo!

Right now, the construction crew is working on the parking garage and will soon commence the concrete forms. When Williamsburg Walk is complete, it will stand four storeys tall and feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom urban condos, ranging up to more than 1,100 square feet. A few of the impressive interior features and finishes include granite countertops, engineered hardwood flooring, quality ceramic tile, and five-appliance packages. Williamsburg Homes’ professional decor studio is where you will pick out your finishes, and there will even be a decor consultant to help you assemble the best look for your home that is unique to your style preferences.

The exterior detailing, featuring sophisticated masonry finishes, balconies, and quality brickwork, will complement the historical aspects of Kitchener’s established streetscape. “We knew Williamsburg Walk would be the first mid-rise in southern Kitchener so it would be a statement building,” says Blake Seeberger, Senior VP of Residential. “To ensure it maintained the village ambiance and framed the Town Centre, we designed it with rich detailing and quality materials to make it a part of the heritage of the Williamsburg Community.”
