If you’re looking to live right on the shore of Lake Ontario, then you’ll be happy to hear that there is a good selection of suites remaining at Vita on the Lake in Etobicoke by Mattamy Homes.
When we visited the Vita presentation centre to chat with Emilio Tesolin, Mattamy High Rise Division President, and Linda Robinson, Mattamy High Rise Division Vice President, Sales & Marketing, we got a closer look at Vita and learned more about the growing waterfront community.
The available suites at Vita range from 524 to 1,544 square feet, with prices starting at $373,990 and reaching more than $1.2 million. There are one-bedrooms, a two-bedroom plan, and two-bedroom+den plans to choose from, mostly on floors above 40 storeys. There are some two-bedroom (1,1070 square feet) plans starting on floor 23.
Whether you purchase on the 23rd floor or 50th, your views are going to be incredible. To the East you have the lake; looking North there’s the Toronto skyline; to the South and West, the view seems to go on forever due to the expanses of green space and beautiful waterfront. From Vita, you have direct pathway access to the Martin Goodman Trail, which connects you to downtown Toronto. On bike, it takes around 20 minutes to get to Union Station!
With interiors designed by the prestigious firm, U31, you can be sure your features and finishes will be stunning. A few of them include 9’ ceilings, wide plank low emission laminate flooring, quartz countertops with a square edge, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile, custom designed cabinetry with deep uppers, and every unit has a balcony.
The contemporary aesthetic will flow through the suites and into the common areas of Vita. The building amenities include a full size gym with a yoga studio, a party room, a lounge, a fifth floor outdoor saltwater pool and barbecue area, and a dramatic and inviting lobby with a 24-hour concierge. With these amenities, your waterfront lifestyle will be the envy of your family and friends!
Visit Vita on the Lake in Etobicoke!
If you haven’t been to Etobicoke’s waterfront area in a while, we recommend paying it a visit as soon as possible! So much has changed. When we went, there was a noticeable difference. The area has become a community. There are shops, restaurants, walking trails, a central courtyard; when you walk around, there is a neighbourly vibe.
“The Village Court now has an ice cream shop, a cafe, restaurants, a pub; it’s starting to feel more like a destination,” Tesolin says. “Before, you had to leave if you wanted to do something, but now if you’re with your friends and you want to watch the baseball game, you want to watch the hockey game, you can meet down at the pub or restaurant.”
The 53-storey, Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed tower will be a landmark residence for Etobicoke. Mattamy is making a strong impact in this waterfront neighbourhood, and there are still opportunities to be a part of it!
