Rosehaven Hosts The Randall Holiday Brunch in Oakville

By Lucas on Dec 18, 2014

To celebrate all the accomplishments that Rosehaven Homes experienced at The Randall Residences this past year, they hosted a holiday brunch and invited prospective residents, friends, and family. Also in attendance were Marco and Silvio Guglietti of Rosehaven Homes, interior designer Ferris Rafauli, Robert Klopot of Forest Hill Group, and President and CEO of Quintessentially Lifestyle, Shane Mungal.

Future neighbours and The Randall team mingled as they nibbled on Parisian-inspired delicacies, such as mini ham and cheese, spinach, and smoked salmon quiches, pâté, platters of cured meats, artisan cheese, shrimp, crab and lobster cocktails, and mini smoked salmon sandwiches on homemade potato brioche. Mimosas, fine teas, and coffee were also served, and  French macarons for dessert were giftwrapped in quaint boxes to go. The holiday brunch was catered by King West’s Colette Grand Cafe in Toronto.

One of the major milestones of 2014 at The Randall was commencing construction. The digging is underway and more and more materials are arriving on site every day. As of the end of November, The Randall was over 60% sold, and there are only 36 suites total, so only a few remain! The suites range from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet and exude pure luxury. The 10’ and 12’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Juliet balconies make for open and bright living spaces. Other inspiring interior features and finishes include Vintage engineered stained oak hardwood and marble slab flooring, gas fireplaces with a bronze mantel, custom designed cabinetry, and state-of-the-art Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances in the gourmet kitchens.

The holiday brunch was also an opportune time to announce and celebrate the approval of additional south-facing balconies! This is a big deal because more outdoor space means more square footage, and when it comes to condo living, access to private outdoor space is crucial.

At The Randall, Rosehaven isn’t just building a luxury condo, they’re developing a lifestyle. We recently discussed how 2014 has been the year of boutique condos, highlighting a few preconstruction condos. One of the main reasons boutique condos have become popular is the idea that they promote a tight knit community, and with just 36 suites, this is definitely the case at The Randall. Rosehaven has taken the community building process a step further by including a variety of amenities and services for future residents.

The condo is closely associated with a number of local organizations, including the Oakville Symphony, and purchasers will receive a three-month trial membership to the Oakville Club, where they can partake in badminton, tennis, squash, aquatics, and even yachting. The anchor tenant at The Randall is Sotto Sotto, where residents and visitors can indulge in a fine dining experience. Rosehaven is also in the process of securing an onsite personal trainer, salon, and spa, as well as specialty boutiques for the main floor retail space.

One of the most exciting benefits of living at The Randall is the one year membership residents receive to the world class concierge service, Quintessentially Lifestyle. The beauty of this perk is that purchasers receive the membership at the time of deposit so they can experience what life at The Randall will be like before they even move in. The concierge service is an award-winning lifestyle management firm and offers a wide array of services to its upper class members.
