New modern, contemporary housing is coming to Canada. Torontonians received a sneak peek of New York City inspired home models last weekend at Improve Canada. As a real estate development, investment, and management firm, NOC Development revealed three of its five home models for their latest project, Central Park Windsor, to VIP members.

Housing models included: SOHO, TRIBECA, and CHELSEA, all embodying the highly sought after, open concept floor plans.

Home decor and building experts have predicted the popularization of new modern concept spaces in 2017. In accordance to Fredericksburg's recent article, the new build encompasses a modern trend in its exterior and interior design. Minimal aesthetic dividers, large windows and spacious rooms maximize the open, airy, multi-functional spaces for home owners.

The three models revealed last Saturday range from 1,890 to 2,590 square feet with optional basement finishes, extra bathrooms, and glass aluminium doors. NOC is offering different VIP bonus packages featuring hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertops, gas fireplaces, and investor incentives. Central Park Windsor is offering 30 detached homes that are within walking distance to city amenities. These homes are a short drive away from University of Windsor, downtown, Caesars Windsor, and the VIA Rail Station. The local bus line connects you from Tecumseh Road to the University of Windsor and St. Clair College.

Located in Ontario and across the Detroit River, Windsor is an exuberant city with strong infrastructure, prosperous business environment, and a growing population of over 200,000 residents.
