Minto Launches New Condo in Yorkville

Have you heard? Minto recently started collecting registrations for their new Toronto condo development, Minto Yorkville Park! That’s right, Yorkville is getting another new luxury condo, and we’re excited about Minto being at the reins.

Guess what? Yorkville has a Walk Score of 100. What, you’re not surprised? We’re not either - partly because we visited Yorkville for our Walkability series back in April - but mostly because its Toronto’s most luxurious neighbourhood and is known for its sweeping streetscapes of art galleries, high-end shopping, quaint cafes, museums, and theatres.

Of course, Minto Yorkville Park will overlook the greenery of Yorkville Park, and also be within walking distance to both the Bloor and Yonge subway lines, so if any other destination in Toronto is ever desired, it will be easily accessible. More importantly, the subway is a safe and reliable way to get home after an exciting night out with friends.
