Vision:

“I’d like to see CountryWide Homes continue down the path of green construction, and community focused building. I believe that we are one of the forerunners in that regard, and I intend to keep that position.

“I want to see us grow and evolve, and I believe that our marketing techniques will have much to do with that vision. At CountryWide Homes, we do our best to take advantage of new and breaking technology, and it’s my job to ensure this by keeping my finger on the pulse of what’s happening in our industry.

“Historically, the mantra heard across all real estate channels has been location, location, location; however, with generation Y on the rise, I believe we’re going to experience a change that focuses more on lifestyle than situation. This transition will most definitely affect how we market, and how we look at sustainability, and the home buying experience.”

Interesting Fact:

Laura has a real passion for design, and you can see it shine in CountryWide’s marketing campaigns. It’s the small, but striking aspects, like the subtlety of a fine architectural material that inspires her to keep advancing in the home building industry.
