The Anchors West Now Open in Mississauga

Big news for all those in search of the perfect new urban town in Mississauga - The Anchors West by Dunsire Developments and Fortress Real Developments is now open to the public!
Last weekend, Dunsire and Fortress celebrated the grand opening, revealing a whole new collection of one- and two-storey urban towns with one-bedroom, one-bedroom+den, and two-bedroom floorplans.
Ranging from 582 to 1,144 square feet, the urban towns at The Anchors West are perfect for those looking to downsize. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the community is also a great opportunity for a young couple to purchase their first home together.

The Polacre floorplan is located on the third and fourth floors and features a large rooftop terrace reaching nearly 200 square feet. Imagine coming home, you take off your shoes and walk straight on through to your kitchen and main living space. The kitchen has an island, which can easily seat three, so even though there is room for an intimate dining space, you can probably go without a dining table to save room.
The living room is right next to the kitchen in this open concept floorplan, which is very common now that the kitchen has become more of a place to congregate. This way, if you’re preparing snacks and drinks for a friends movie night, you can prepare hors d’oeuvres in the kitchen and not miss any of the conversation or movie.
