Upper Unionville: Opening Soon!

We at the Toronto Star’s NewInHomes.com have witnessed some very long line-ups, but nothing compares to the list of potential purchasers for Upper Unionville.  

It is not surprising that so many are interested; the location is prime, the designs are exquisite, and a team of four of the most reliable builders in the GTA are running the show - Arista, Fieldgate, Paradise, and Starlane.     

Located in Markham, the Unionville neighbourhood already has a quaint, family-oriented atmosphere, featuring an array of amenities, such as restaurants, recreational areas, schools, theatres, boutiques, and shopping complexes.  Also, major transportation arteries, like Highways 404 and 407 are easily accessible, and GO Transit Stations are minutes away.  The tree-lined streets, ponds, and rivers create a tranquil environment that anyone would gladly call home. 

Upper Unionville will feature a wide selection of singles, semis, and townhomes, many reaching over 3,000 square feet in size.  There is a large amount of 19th century homes in the neighbourhood, so naturally, the new community’s designs have been inspired by the era.  The exteriors will boast, impressive stonework, brick, arched and columned entryways, peaked roofs, and large windows.  

Some of the interior features will include 9’-10’ ceilings, gas fireplaces, oak hardwood flooring, custom quality cabinetry in the kitchens, and ceramic tiling.  The floorplans are thoughtfully laid out, designed to be spacious, yet intimate, allowing for the optimal amount of comfort.  

As we mentioned earlier, the response the community has received is phenomenal.  Upper Unionville is huge, showcasing 600 available units for its first phase - the only problem is that there are thousands of people interested!  Not really a problem for the builders, but certainly stressful for you!

Luckily, with the help of Ryan Design, the Upper Unionville team has implemented a brand new way of viewing and purchasing units.  Opening week will take place from May 10th to the 14th, during which, no sales will be permitted.  This allows you to browse the sales centre and learn as much as you can, without the pressure of needing to buy in fear of missing your opportunity.  After visiting the sales centre, you will be able to go online and “re-enroll,” stating that you are interested in making a purchase appointment.  To be completely fair, a random drawing will be conducted to decide who is able to set up an appointment.  Those who are not chosen will be put on the list for future phases.  The only time you will have to be quick to the draw is scheduling your appointment, because the earlier it is, the bigger the selection of homes will be.  Overall, the new process for purchasing is much more fair for you and even eliminates the possibility of buyer’s remorse.  

We suggest that you register today, if you haven’t already!  A community that received so much attention that the builders and marketing team needed to invent a new way to view and sell units is definitely worth checking out!
