This weekend The Mercer by Graywood Developments Ltd and Beaverhall Homes, opened its doors to Toronto.

A jovial crowd braved the cold at 7:30am on the corner of King St. and John St., to be one of the first in line get a peek at the newest high rise condominium that Toronto has to offer.
