The Epicurean: Chic Living in Etobicoke

The award-winning firm Graziani + Corazza Architects is responsible for the sleek design. The Epicurean will boast a boutique style, standing just eight storeys. The combination of glass and brick is always a head turner. We love how Graziani + Corazza set the glass portion back, allowing the brick to pop out on the streetscape. By doing this, The Epicurean will have a more welcoming appearance at eye level, and when staring at it from afar, you will be able to feel the full impact that the design will have on Etobicoke.    

GH3, another award-winning firm, is responsible for the inviting landscaping around The Epicurean. Because of the location of The Epicurean in South Kingsway, it was very important to Monarch to create beautiful landscaped areas to complement the already stunning natural surroundings.

Located at Prince Edward Dr. North and Dundas St. West, just a few minutes from the Humber River, The Epicurean will take advantage of some of Etobicoke’s best area amenities. The neighbourhood is known for its great mix of residential communities, tree-lined streets, and tranquil atmosphere.
