Following a stellar run last month at The Carnaby, Streetcar Development’s newest project in the Art & Design District, the Street Style pop-up shop recently popped up again, this time at Streetcar’s The Carlaw, in Leslieville.

The Carlaw Toronto Streetcar Developments

The hip East end Presentation Centre was jam-packed with over 400 buyers looking to get their hands on great designer furniture deals and take advantage of Streetcar’s latest offering: buy a loft and Streetcar will furnish and design it for you!

Street Style is the creation of Streetcar Developments along with, Queen West icon Design Republic, and Toronto design firm Seven Haus, who are responsible for the interiors and amenities at The Carlaw. Design Republic’s urban art and furniture filled up The Carlaw Presentation Centre, where visitors enjoyed refreshments, listened to the smooth sounds of Dani and The Groove Gurus, and mingled with designers and experts from Streetcar.

Head-turning style was the order of the day, from the fully decked-out model suites to the tables, couches, chairs and wide assortment of accessories for buyers to choose from. “The Design Republic style and The Carlaw style really fit into the Queen East loft vibe,” says Seven Haus principal Jeff Schnitter.

Street Style offers a real glimpse of what your life could look like. “It’s really an extension of the Streetcar style,” Schnitter says. “Our philosophy is to not only show you a model suite, but to help you make any suite you buy become YOUR own model suite.”

Streetcar has hand selected the furniture that’s included in these incredible package deals, on now at The Carlaw. When you buy a one-bedroom or one-bedroom-with-den suite, you receive  a $10,000 furniture package. Two-bedroom units and two-bedrooms with dens receive a $16,000 furniture package. Expert consultation from Seven Haus to personalize your suite is part of the deal too.

Streetcar Developments is Rethinking. Urban Living. with innovative design and loft living at its finest. Along with The Carlaw, Streetcar’s current Queen West Art & Design District communities — 2 and 8 Gladstone and The Carnaby — are providing urban buyers with boutique options that truly embrace the culture of some of Toronto’s most fabulous neighbourhoods.
