One Day Only Year End Sale at Emerald City in North York

If you’ve been keeping your eye out for a new condo suite in North York, now’s the time to act. ELAD CANADA is hosting a One Day Only Year End Sale for Tower One of Emerald City this Saturday, November 15, from 12 pm to 5 pm.

We’re not surprised that ELAD has chosen this location to build a whole new community of mid-rise and high-rise condos. Everything from public transit, to shopping, to schools, and other neighbourhood amenities are in the immediate vicinity. Don Mills Subway Station is literally steps away, and you have easy access to over 200 shops and services at Fairview Mall, which is directly across the street. Also, the Don Valley Parkway/404 and Highway 401 are easily accessible, making the rest of the Greater Toronto Area an option for a day trip, and it makes things easier for commuters.

One of the best parts about the Emerald City community is that it is surrounded by schools, so families can have the condo experience as well. For families looking to live at Tower One, the Flora plan will work better for you. The closest schools to Emerald City are Saint Timothy Catholic School, Forest Manor Public School, and Dallington Public School. There are also numerous specialty schools just east of the 404.
