Welcome to Ironstone, Davies Smith Developments latest design marvel.

The suites - ranging from 1 bedroom + den, 2 bedroom plus den and loft floorplans- have been designed by Full Scale and Partners. They take a progressive approach to design, with a look to innovation and progressive design planning. The units will include 8-9 ft ceilings, 4" baseboards, designer kitchen cabinetry and one underground parking spot. The building will feature strong contemporary architecture, a grand lobby to great your guests, a concierge service as well as a landscaped rooftop and courtyard, which includes seating areas and an outdoor fireplace.
