On Sept. 14, we attended CountryWide Homes’ Grand Opening of Phase 4 at their Newmarket community, Woodland Hills.

An early morning lineup at Woodland Hills

Finding CountryWide’s Woodland Hills Sales Centre was super easy with the three giant, orange balloons floating above it. There was a lineup wrapping around the front, but CountryWide was ready for a big turnout with an espresso station setup and a professional barista serving macchiatos and espressos to the excited crowd.

We had the chance to catch up with CountryWide’s Sales & Marketing Liaison Laura De Gasperis, who told us a little more about the launching of Phase 4 at Woodland Hills:

“The lots are stunning, they’re encompassing a beautiful ravine setting. All deep lots, which is amazing. Right now, we’re doing a release of the 36’ and 45’ lots, and later we’ll have the release of the 50’ lots and townhouses. We have 150 total lots, and we just released 63. It’s a beautiful site, beautiful project, and a great turnout. People started showing up at 8:30 this morning to lineup.”

The launching of Phase 4 didn’t even commence until 11:00 am, and people were lining up hours in advance! You know a community is highly desired when people are willing to endure a chilly morning to be one of the first to see the new selection of plans.

About Woodland Hills

With Phase 4 at Woodland Hills, CountryWide is offering single detached homes on 36’ and 45’ lots. The 36’ singles feature three-bedroom and four-bedroom floorplans, with sizes ranging from 1,761 to 2,592 square feet. The 45’ singles feature three- to five-bedroom floorplans, and sizes range from 2,289 to 3,348 square feet. Prices at Phase 4 are starting at $549,990.

This release comprises less than 50% of Phase 4. As Laura De Gasperis stated, CountryWide will be releasing townhomes and 50’ singles in the near future.

Some of the impressive interior features and finishes at Woodland Hills include 9’ ceilings on the main floor, natural gas fireplaces, imported ceramic tiling, prefinished strip oak flooring, oak, maple or thermofoil kitchen cabinetry, and cathedral and vaulted ceilings.
