If you’re not headed out of town or going to a cottage this long weekend, then you’re probably wondering where you can watch Canada Day fireworks in Toronto. We realize this isn’t real estate related, but we thought we’d help you out!

Nathan Phillips Square

There’s a free four-day Canada Days festival hosted at Nathan Phillips Square, which will feature major Canadian headliners (Barenaked Ladies and Ron Sexsmith), circus arts, food vendors, and much more! Each night will be capped off with fireworks at 10:55 pm.

Humber Bay Park

The Canada Days events are produced in partnership with the province’s Ontario 150 Program and the government of Canada. Humber Bay Park will have similar entertainment as Nathan Phillips Square, but only on July 1st. The festivities will start at 2 pm and the fireworks will kick off at 10:55 pm.

Mel Lastman Square

Same Canada Days events as above.

Scarborough Civic Centre

Same Canada Days events as above.

Milliken District Park

On July 1st, the fireworks start at 10 pm. Before the fireworks, make sure you go to Thomson Memorial Park to celebrate from 10 am to 4 pm. There will be live entertainment, food trucks, vendors, and a parade with antique cars, clowns, and floats.

Stan Wadlow Park

On July 1st, the fireworks will commence at 10 pm in Wadlow Park. Earlier in the day, you should attend East York’s 60th annual Canada Day Parade at Dieppe Park. There will be carnival games, free bingo, multicultural music and dancing, and other live entertainment.

Woodbine Beach

Fireworks will kick off at 10 pm at Woodbine Beach. This is a very popular spot to take in the fireworks, so the City recommends that you take transit to get there. Parking is limited. From downtown, the best way to get there is to take the Queen streetcar to Coxwell or Woodbine, then walk down to the beach!

Centennial Park

Toronto Ribfest will take place on July 1st at Centennial Park. There are picnic areas, playgrounds, a wading pool, and all the ribs you can eat. The fireworks will start at 10 pm.

Weston Lions Park

Fireworks start at 10 pm on July 1st.

Amesbury Park

The Canada Day festivities start at 9 am. There will be a flea market, multicultural entertainment, children’s activities, a talent search, and a variety of vendors. The fireworks start at 9:45 pm.

Have a great Canada Day everyone!
