VIP Kingmeadow Launch a Huge Success!

After unprecedented sales of its first phase, Minto held a VIP opening last week to launch the second phase of its Kingmeadow homes and townhomes in Oshawa. Since the incredibly successful event, 36 new homes have been purchased, exceeding Minto’s initial sales projections.
On Thursday, September 12th, guests were camped outside the Minto Kingmeadow sales centre by 9am for the event that didn’t start until 6pm. Although scheduled to end at 9pm, the final guests didn’t leave the sales centre until almost midnight.
A total of 75 new addresses were introduced to the Kingmeadow neighbourhood. Interested purchasers were lined up out the door through the evening to explore a new selection of 36’ & 43’ lot detached homes plus a collection of towns. Guests enjoyed refreshments and were able to meet with the Minto team behind this growing community, including Vince Santino, Vice President, Development and Natascha Pieper, Director of Marketing.
Located in North Oshawa, these homes are set on ample green space and pastoral landscapes, yet they are immediately nearby neighbourhood amenities like schools, recreation centres and shopping.
