This past weekend, Opus Homes hosted the Grand Opening of their latest Brampton community, ValleyLands.

A great crowd showed up to the opening of Opus Homes’ ValleyLands. The weather was nice, and people were excited about purchasing a new home!

Opus Homes was pretty successful with the semis - one of the reasons being that they back onto the hydro corridor and a great amount of green space. It’s not very often that you find semis with no neighbours off your backyard.

A lot of interest was also shown in the singles because they make up a pretty nice crescent within the community, and they reside on pie-shaped lots - so that’s bound to attract some attention.
