A Successful Weekend for Mission Hill

Last weekend, the Toronto Star's NewInHomes.com team headed out to Richmond Hill to take a peek at the latest offering by our friends over at St. Regis Homes, Mission Hill.

This was probably one of our most interesting experiences in our time covering the new home industry. Potential buyers from all over the Greater Toronto Area congregated in a nicely decorated room in Yang's Fine Chinese Cuisine to learn more about Mission Hill.

Visitors at the Mission Hill event met some of their future neighbours, and enjoyed some of the best food and drink that Yang's Fine Chinese Cuisine had to offer. The pace of the day was fast and full of energy, and judging by the amount of stickers that went on the board, there are some pretty happy future homeowners at Mission Hill.

Mission Hill features a collection of 67 executive townhomes, ranging in size from roughly 2,600 to 3,800 square feet, with floorplans spanning from three- to four-bedrooms.
