SigNature Communities Breaks Ground at Tao Condos

This past weekend, the Toronto Star's NewInHomes.com team ventured out to Richmond Hill to witness the groundbreaking of Tao Condos on Bayview, a new project by SigNature Communities.
The developers, Anthony DiBattista and Sebastian Mizzi, were joined by purchasers, local Councillors, and Richmond Hill Mayor Dave Barrow to celebrate this wonderful achievement.

Tao Condos will be a new boutique development in the Bayview Ave. and High Tech Rd. area of Richmond Hill. Designed by Graziani & Corazza Architects, Tao Condos will rise seven storeys in a modern fashion, boasting well-composed facades comprised of brick, precast, and glass.
