The OHBA Awards of Distinction 2013

It’s that time of year - the finalists for the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) Awards of Distinction 2013 have been released, submissions are no longer being accepted, and the countdown to the big day has begun!
2013 Awards of Distinction
Any residential project that was open for sales between June 23, 2012 and June 22, 2013 was eligible for submission.
The judges consist of a panel of professionals from within and outside the new home building industry, specializing in construction, design, and marketing.
There are six parent categories:
Architectural Design
Home Renovation
Room Design
Project Image and Advertising
On-Site Sales Presentation
Prestige Awards
These categories are further broken down into a series of subcategories - recognizing every aspect of the home building industry from Best New Home Sales Office Under 1,500 square feet, to Most Outstanding High-Rise Building, to OHBA Ontario Home Builder of the Year.
The Awards of Distinction 2013 will take place on September 24, 2013 at the OHBA’s Annual Conference in Niagara Falls. The Awards will be at the Fallsview Casino Resort at 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, and things will get rolling at 6:30pm.
