New release coming to The Estates of West River Valley!

Ever since Royal Pine Homes started construction on Phase 1 of The Estates of West River Valley in Brampton, the next phase has been highly anticipated, and that’s why we’re so excited to announce that the new release is coming soon!
Royal Pine Homes will be releasing a brand new collection of 50’, 60’, and 72’ detached homes, ranging from 3,400 to 6,500 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $900,000s. Among these, there will be a selection of ravine lots available.
Just like Phase 1, the new release at The Estates of West River Valley will feature homes with standard features and finishes that are typically only available through upgrades. For example, the homes will feature extended 10’ high ceilings on main level, and 9’ high ceilings on second level, stained open stairs to basement, 7 ¼” baseboards with 3” backbend on main level, coffered ceilings, extended height kitchens with matching crown moulding and granite countertops with upgraded undermount sink and upgraded faucet, stained oak prefinished hardwood flooring, and oversized porcelain ceramics.
Also, the extended height basements have oversized windows to allow more natural light to fill the areas. Royal Pine Homes recognizes that most families that are choosing to live in large luxury homes want to make the most of every square foot and will likely invest in a unique use for the basement. Future wine cellars, billiard rooms, and home theatres are just a few ideas that would be possible at a later date.
Other standard features include large kitchens with eat-in areas with extended breakfast bars, islands or serveries, finished with high quality oak or maple cabinetry. The family rooms are complete with upgraded stone-crafted mantels, and the luxurious bathrooms feature granite countertops, frameless glass shower enclosures, and relaxing free-standing oval tubs. Of course, you will be able to select from many finishes to suit your personal style at their Décor Centre with qualified design consultants.

In 2015, Brampton had over 6,600 new low-rise sales, which is the most any city had across the Greater Toronto Area. Clearly, the city’s reputation for future growth is still strong and many families are turning to the city in order to set firm roots.
What we like about The Estates of West River Valley’s location is that it is being built in the northeast area of Brampton, which is known for its rolling hills and expansive farm lands, as well as lush ravines and forests. To the south of the community, there is an established community of low-rise homes, but the lots are very large and much of the mature trees still line the streets.
