New interior renderings of Allegro in Aurora

A high-end product on our radar right now is Allegro by Geranium. This new home community in Aurora is now open, and we just saw the interior renderings for the first time! They’re so nice, we had to share them with you.
There are two kitchen renderings and both are super impressive. The kitchens at Allegro will be bright and feature granite countertops and stainless steel Sub Zero/Wolf appliances.
One of the renderings shows how the kitchen is connected to your outdoor space; the homes of Allegro have expansive loggias. The glass door also allows an abundance of natural light to fill the kitchen area.
Geranium shows how the kitchens can have a contemporary look with the two tone cabinetry, and there is clearly plenty of storage! The stacked appliances allow for much more cabinetry and counter space.
The spacious islands have room for eating breakfast and your morning coffee, and they’re also great for preparing meals and entertaining.
The living room rendering showcases the beautiful fireplace, coffered ceilings, engineered hardwood flooring, and the covered loggia. Again, Geranium has strategically placed glass doors and large windows to make for bright, airy spaces.
Geranium is known for paying attention to the small details. The change in ceiling shape above the soaring window next to the oak staircase complements the curve of the winding railing. And the unique spindles offer an extra boost of elegance.
The bathroom renderings show two different ways you can have two sinks; connected or separate. The freestanding tubs and tiled walk-in showers are beautiful and contemporary. Who wouldn’t want to start their day in one of these ensuites?
It’s difficult to gauge ceiling heights in renderings; Allegro features 10’ main floor ceilings and 9’ second floor ceilings.
Geranium also offers a semi-custom experience at Allegro with many upgrades available, none of which are featured in the renderings (except the coffered ceilings). A few of the upgrades include elevators, dog washing areas, extra fireplaces, and wet bars.

Allegro features 159 homes with a selection of 13 two-storey singles and bungalow-with-loft models on 52’ and 61’ lots. The exterior architecture is inspired by Ontario Country, English Manor, and Beaux Arts style.
The majority of the plans are four-bedrooms, ranging from 3,100 to more than 4,300 square feet. Prices start from $2.2 million. Allegro is located on Golf Links Dr. between Yonge and Bathurst, minutes from downtown Aurora.
