Minto Yorkville Park Receives Over 3,000 Registrations in Three Months!

We think it’s pretty safe to say that one of the most highly anticipated condo developments in Toronto at the moment is Minto Yorkville Park. We know, we know, we’ve said that before, but now there’s proof. According to Minto, within three months there were more than 3,000 registrations, and over 350 appointments made for the first weekend of the preview opening!

On the morning of the preview opening, people lined up around the block to get a glimpse of the stylish suite vignettes, scale model building, and wide variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. The condo suites range from 431 to 1,060 square feet, and many feature spacious balconies. Throughout the entire 25-storey condo, there are only 200 suites, so prospective homebuyers were eager to get their hands on the premium selection.

“The response to this development has been absolutely overwhelming. It’s off the charts,” says Amanda Wilson Watkins, VP of Marketing and Sales for Minto Communities. “It’s a testament to the demand for beautifully designed, high-quality suites in this prestige location, met with Minto Yorkville Park’s unbeatable value for the location.”

The one- and two-bedroom suites are selling quickly and are priced from the low $400,000s, which is actually a lower than average starting price for the neighbourhood. “This building is priced well for such a premium location, offering a variety of suites that appeal to people that want to live in such an exclusive neighbourhood. At the same time, it’s a great investment because the purchaser’s value will continue to appreciate,” said Natascha Pieper, Director of Marketing at Minto, in a recent interview with Newinhomes.com.

“Yorkville Park is an incredible investment opportunity in a location where prices will continue to appreciate. With the urgency we’ve seen so far from purchasers, this project is expected to sell out fast,” adds Wilson Watkins.

Aside from being priced below average, Minto Yorkville Park stands out at the corner of Bellair and Cumberland by offering a more boutique lifestyle than some of the other new condo developments in the area. “This development is attracting many end-users that want to have a second home in the family, as well as buyers who see the value and investment potential in such a great location. There are a lot of buildings going up in the area that are over 400 plus units, which is double the density of Yorkville Park and many people prefer to live in a boutique-style building,” Pieper explained.

By now, it’s almost becoming unnecessary to discuss how amazing the Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto is. When we visited Yorkville for our Walkability series, we weren’t surprised to discover that the area has a 100 Walk Score. That means that Yorkville is a “Walker’s Paradise,” and a car isn’t required to accomplish daily errands. But that doesn’t mean that you won’t see some of the nicest cars in the city parked on the side streets in front of Toronto’s most luxurious fashion boutiques and art galleries. Also, the Bloor and Yonge subways lines are only a few steps away, so the rest of the city - north, south, east, or west - is yours to explore!

The Minto Yorkville Park sales centre at 94 Cumberland (7th floor) is open by appointment only, so go to mintoyorkvillepark.com now to register or call 437-836-8589.
