Make $500 When You Refer a Friend at These Communities

By Lucas on Apr 07, 2015

Last week, we touched on how important the opinion of a professional realtor is to homebuyers. Who else’s opinions do they appreciate? That of friends and family, of course. That’s why Reid’s Heritage Homes, Williamsburg Homes, and Sherwood Homes are offering an incredible Friends and Family Referral Program at all their communities!

Friends and Family Referral Program

This program is available to all current owners of a home built by one of the three participating builders. All you have to do is bring your friend or relative to a sales centre and introduce them to a New Home Sales Consultant. If your friend or relative closes within 12 months, then you and your referral will receive $500 each!

Sounds like a pretty great deal right? Well, you can make as many referrals as you like, so go ahead and bring everyone you know to a Reid’s Heritage Homes, Williamsburg Homes, or Sherwood Homes sales centre.
