New Lots and Designs at Impressions of Kleinburg

By Lucas on Oct 04, 2013

With nearly 400 homes sold since its opening earlier this year, Impressions of Kleinburg has made a fabulous first impression on new homebuyers who came from across the GTA to discover the historic village’s new master-planned community.

Now that construction of the first homes in Phase One has begun, the three leading builders behind the Impressions of Kleinburg development are preparing to make an equally solid second impression with an exciting new collection of lots and home designs.

This fall, Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes and Paradise Homes are all expanding their product line-ups with their own unique mix of home styles and models, including freehold townhomes and semis starting from the upper $400s and 30’, 38’ and 44’ detached singles from the upper $500s.

“For over 40 years, Paradise Homes has listened to what Canadians want in a new home, and then we’ve designed and built to meet those needs,” says Ron Baruch, the Executive VP and a principal of the company. “Now with this new release at Impressions, we’ve responded to feedback from our buyers and are introducing some really inviting and innovative new designs.”

Jim Andrews, Director of Sales and Marketing for Fieldgate Homes, says “People loved what they saw in our intitial release of homes, and how the community is so close to all of the amenities within the Village of Kleinburg. Now we’re offering not only some exciting new designs but also a collection of choice new lots.”

Michael DeGasperis, President and CEO of Arista Homes, cites the location as one of the community’s biggest draws. “This is Kleinburg’s first true master-planned community.  When complete, it will feature over 70 acres of green space, including community parks, ponds and walking trails, as well as two new schools proposed for the neighbourhood. Our new and existing designs embrace all that the Impressions of Kleinburg community has to offer today’s discerning buyers.”

Situated between the east and west branches of the Humber River, Kleinburg has retained its Victorian Era character with a busy main street lined with charming stores, cafés and restaurants. Area attractions include the renowned McMichael Art Gallery-- the country’s premier showcase for Canadian art -- and the Kortright Centre for Conservation.

The Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre is conveniently close. Excellent schools and premier golf courses can also be found in the area, with easy access to Highways 27, 400 and the 407.  Toronto is just a 30-minute drive south, with new GO Transit connections planned that will make the commute even easier.

The new home designs and lot release will be available starting on the weekend of October 5th and 6th, at the Impressions Sales Centre located on the northeast corner of Highway 27 and Major Mackenzie Drive West in Vaughan.
