Geranium has a fresh new look and new communities in the works!

We just want to take a few minutes to bring Geranium’s rebrand to your attention. After 40 years and 8,000 homes built, Geranium has a fresh new look that reflects the unique approach to community building that they bring to the industry.

“Now, in our 40th year, we determined the time was right to embrace a bold, confident and contemporary new look and feel for our brand; one that better represents our vision and values,” says the official announcement.

Geranium was originally two divisions; the Geranium Corporation, which specialized in land development, and Geranium Homes, which focused on home building. They are now united, simply as Geranium.

“We are committed to embracing the values of responsible development with the vision to create places that are meticulously planned, expertly executed and designed with sensitivity and respect for the environment, the local neighbourhood and future residents,” the release continues. “In the years ahead, with your continued support, we look forward to delivering more master-planned communities and new homes with the rigorous and innovative design and construction craftsmanship our home buyers expect.”

With the new look comes a new website, where you can discover all of Geranium’s current and upcoming communities. Geranium is selling four sites right now; PACE on Main, Vista Flats & Towns, Twelve on the Ravine, and Friday Harbour.

PACE on Main

PACE on Main is a boutique condo project in downtown Stouffville that is currently under construction. The development is more than 80% sold with available units ranging from 672 to more than 1,000 square feet.

Vista Flats & Towns

Vista Flats & Towns is also located in Stouffville as part of the grand finale of Geranium’s highly successful master-planned Cardinal Point community. The one-storey flats and two-storey townhomes range from 894 to more than 1,200 square feet, and every plan is a two-bedroom.

Twelve on the Ravine

Twelve on the Ravine is a collection of 12 luxury homes in the prestigious Highland Creek neighbourhood of Scarborough, located on Military trail, between Ellesmere Road and Kingston Road. All of the available models and plans offer more than 3,000 square feet of living space, some come closer to 4,000 square feet. Prices start from $1.7 million.

Friday Harbour

Friday Harbour is a massive master-planned lakeside community in Innisfil, which features condo units, townhomes and flats.
