Fieldgate still offering $10,000 bonus at Whitby Meadows

Fieldgate recently announced that the townhomes at Whitby Meadows are sold out! We’re not surprised given how highly anticipated this community was when it opened last fall. The good news for you is that there is still a selection of detached homes available.

The community features 30’ and 36’ detached homes with three- and four-bedroom layouts, ideal for families of all sizes. The 30’ models range from 2,045 to 2,709 square feet and the 36’ models from 2,465 to 3,163 square feet.

On Fieldgate’s blog, they say that all the detached home models are available except for the sold out 36’ Dovedale.

You’ll also be glad to hear that Fieldgate is still offering their bonus package for the detached homes, which is $10,000 in decor dollars. When it comes time to select your features and finishes, you can allocate this money however you wish! You can spread it out throughout the home or focus on making a space extra special, like upgrading your master ensuite to make it a spa-like getaway.

There are many beautiful models and plans available. Let’s take a closer look at one of the models to give you an idea of Fieldgate’s intelligent layouts. The 36’ Harrow is a 2,465 square foot model with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
