Downtown Erin Mills is Now Officially Under Construction!

Pemberton Group recently hosted a special event to celebrate the official groundbreaking of their master-planned condo community in Mississauga, Downtown Erin Mills Condominiums. Purchasers and their friends and family were invited so it was also a great opportunity for everyone to meet their future neighbours.

The most memorable moment of the celebration was when the crowd counted down from five so that Pemberton President Marc Muzzo, Project Manager, Michael Loconte Sr. of Saddlebrook Management, and Alexandra Muzzo could push down on their old-fashioned dynamite-style detonators to launch colourful stadium-like streamers to percussion mortar volleys.
