Diam Developments launches the Easy Own Program for first-time homebuyers

After a very successful preview and grand opening at On The Danforth Condos, Diam Developments has launched the Easy Own Program, which aims to assist first-time homebuyers in taking the big step into homeownership.  

When On The Danforth Condos launched, there were already many first-time homebuyers interested because of the site’s location on Danforth between Woodbine and Main subway stations. This up-and-coming area has many local amenities like grocery stores, shops, and banks, and there are good signs that more retail will be opening up soon.

The Easy Own Program allows qualified first-time homebuyers to purchase with just a 10% downpayment. In some cases, especially if you’re renting in the downtown core, you’re lucky to find a monthly rent that is less than $1,000. Of course, when you buy a condo, there are other things to consider like property tax and maintenance fees, so be sure to calculate this information into your budget so you know exactly how much you can afford.

You also have to look at the Easy Own Program as an investment opportunity because of the location of the condo. On The Danforth Condos is going to be a high quality boutique condo in an area that is poised for growth.
