We've been keeping a pretty close eye on the progress of Etobicoke's high profile development, One Valhalla Towns and Condos by Edilcan Development Corporation. The last time we ventured out to the area, we were celebrating the groundbreaking. Since then, One Valhalla has made some significant progress, with the townhomes and first tower almost complete.

The location of One Valhalla

Located at 1 Valhalla Inn Rd. in Etobicoke, One Valhalla will feature three towers, the tallest reaching 22 storeys. One Valhalla will be surrounded by peaceful, tree-lined streets and countless amenities. For your shopping needs, Sherway Gardens and Cloverdale Mall can be accessed in less than five minutes, while the trendy Bloor West VIllage is also a short drive away. Also, transportation is a breeze, with simple access to reliable public transit and Highway 427.

Features and finishes at One Valhalla

The towers will bring upwards of 600 new units to the area, with floorplans ranging between one- and three-bedrooms, each of them boasting an impressive selection of stylish features and finishes. The kitchens will be equipped with Euro-style cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. One Valhalla’s amenities will include a fully-equipped gym, men’s and women’s saunas and change rooms, an expansive lounge/party room, and an Internet lounge.  Also, the rooftop of the podium will be beautifully landscaped and maintained, and provide a perfect space for winding down from a long day of work.

Three new towers in Etobicoke

As mentioned, when the entire community is complete it will consist of three spectacular glass-clad towers, rising from a sleek three-storey podium. 68 contemporary townhomes will line the opposite side of the courtyard, enclosing the three towers, creating a tightly knit community.  The focal point of the finished product will be the community’s courtyard.  Its landscaped green space is designed with the intention of paying homage to the great central squares of Europe.

It is very exciting to see One Valhalla under construction and some residents already taking ownership of their new homes. One Valhalla by Edilcan Development is definitely one of Etobicoke’s most desirable communities at present.
