Construction is Underway at The Randall Residences in Oakville!

The Newinhomes.com team has featured The Randall Residences by Rosehaven Homes a few times this year, and we even visited the site a couple times. The first time we ventured to Oakville to visit the site this year, Rosehaven was celebrating the groundbreaking. The next time we visited was in the summer for the Randall Lifestyle Event, a classy affair showing homebuyers what life at the Randall will be like. In more recent news, activity on the site is getting more exciting with construction well underway!
Now that the site has some heavy machinery rolling around and materials are beginning to arrive, there’s no doubt that the people of Oakville are noticing that big change is on the way for their historic downtown.
When complete, The Randall Residences will be comprised of just 36 luxury suites designed by architect Richard Wengle, with interiors by Ferris Rafauli. More than 60% of The Randall has sold, and the remaining suites range from 1,807 to 2,900 square feet, with prices starting at $1.9 million. Out of all the remaining suites, there are only three penthouses. One of the penthouses is The Chisholm, a $3.4 million, 2,625 square foot suite with an additional 1,273 square foot rooftop terrace. The shopping along Lakeshore Road East is plentiful. Everything from Lululemon to Anthropologie and other galleries and boutiques line the street. For possibly the best latte you’ve ever had, you can visit the Green Bean Coffee Roasting Co. at George and Lakeshore and order the Nutty Irishman.
The best part about downtown Oakville, aside from the shopping and scenery, is the small town feel. Oakville is still technically a town, but it is rather large. The town’s rich heritage is well preserved in the downtown area, so it still feels like its own village on the lake.
