It looks like the strong demand for condo living has stayed steady through the holidays. Reid’s Heritage Homes recently hosted a VIP preview opening for their boutique condo in Guelph, Clairity 2, and they sold out in just a few hours!
There are 63 suites at Clairity – the fact that the second phase never had to open to the public is a testament to the project’s amazing area and Reid’s Heritage Homes’ reputation in both the new low-rise and condo markets.
Clairity 2 featured studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, ranging from 501 to 993 square feet. A few of the standout features and finishes included polished granite countertops, three-piece ENERGY STAR appliances, slab cabinetry, stylish chrome faucets, soaker tubs, in-suite laundry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, USB outlets in the walls for convenient device charging, and LED bulbs in all ceiling fixtures.
Reid’s Heritage Homes is known for their commitment to energy efficiency, so it makes sense that Clairity also has two electric car charging stations available for visitors and residents on the surface lot.
We wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of first-time buyers and empty nesters purchased at Clairity 2 due to the convenient location and affordable pricing. Plus, with just storage lockers, a bike room, and party room, the monthly maintenance fees are pretty low!
Reid’s Heritage Homes has big plans for Guelph!
While being a university city, Guelph has transformed into a well-rounded family area. There are many new boutique condo developments underway, as well as a lot of new low-rise. Reid’s Heritage Homes has three other communities in the works in Guelph at the moment.
Woodlands Preserve is coming soon to Victoria Road, just south of Stone Road. This community will feature 50’ single detached homes, and there will be 18 lots in total. Judging by the first rendering, the elevations will be a pleasing mix of traditional features and contemporary detailing.
The second Guelph community by Reid’s Heritage Homes is Grange Hill Point, which is coming soon! Grange Hill Point will be a mid-rise condo with 52 suites, featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Located at Eastview Road and Summit Ridge Drive, the suites will start from the low $200,000s.
The final new Guelph community we want to highlight is Kingsbury III, another highly anticipated condo by Reid’s Heritage Homes. More community info will be released soon, so register today!
Reid’s Heritage Homes has a long history of success in Guelph, so we’re excited to hear that there are big plans in the works for future communities. If you’re interested in learning more about the upcoming Guelph communities, visit ReidsHeritageHomes.com.
