Centennial Park Village Opens to Dozens of Homebuyers

Last weekend, we attended the grand opening of Touchstone Homes’ new Etobicoke community, Centennial Park Village.

We arrived a few minutes before the doors of the sales centre opened, and we weren’t surprised to see a lineup hitting the sidewalk and wrapping down the street. Families with young children, and couples mingled in line as they eagerly awaited their turn to browse the homes of Centennial Park Village. Some of the people even had their chequebooks in hand!

Centennial Park Village will be comprised of just 38 detached homes, with sizes ranging to just under 2,000 square feet. With such a small inventory and such a strong interest in the community, we won’t be surprised if the community sells out within the week. In fact, we just received news that there are only 14 homes left!

Life at Centennial Park Village

The biggest draw for Centennial Park Village has to be the neighbourhood. Located near the corner of Renforth Drive and Eringate Drive, just south of Eglinton Avenue West, Centennial Park Village will occupy a unique pocket of Etobicoke.
