One of the most highly anticipated new home openings of this fall is Whitby Meadows at Coronation and Taunton Rd. East by Arista Homes, DECO Homes, Fieldgate Homes, Great Gulf, OPUS Homes, and Paradise Developments.
Yes, there are six builders at this one great community, making it the largest new home selection in Whitby’s history!
Usually builders give a sneak peek of a few floor plans to entice interested buyers, but the builders have gone ahead and shared all the floor plans that will be available at the preview opening scheduled for later this month!
We’ve highlighted one floor plan from each builder below (except Great Gulf – they weren’t linked in the eblast that went out to registrants at the end of last week. At Whitby Meadows, Arista is offering a selection of 21’ lane townhomes, semis, and 30’ and 36’ detached homes, ranging from 1,626 to 2,965 square feet.
We’re highlighting the Columbus because it’s a stunning semi design. It looks like it’s an end-unit/corner lot. Depending on the elevation, the Columbus is either 2,257 square feet or 2,354 square feet. We like that Arista’s semi plans are large and spacious, ideal for families!
DECO will have a collection of 30’ and 36’ detached homes, as well as townhomes available at Whitby Meadows (only the detached homes are on the DECO website).The homes range from 1,950 to 3,120 square feet.
The 36-05 model will be the largest available from DECO. It’s a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 36’ detached home. We previewed this one for you because it’s a great example of how some of the builders at Whitby Meadows are bringing a more modern contemporary aesthetic to the community.
The Whitby Meadows homes offered by Fieldgate include townhomes, and 30’ and 36’ detached homes, ranging from 1,769 to 3,163 square feet.
We’re highlighting the Ashton townhome because it’s another great example of how the builders are designing the Whitby Meadows community with families in mind. The Ashton is a 2,223 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom model. This size and design accommodates couples looking for a move-up home, as well as families that already have children.
OPUS will have 30’ and 36’ detached homes available at the preview opening this month. The homes range from 1,950 to 3,120 square feet.
Take a look at the 30-01, specifically Elevation C. This 30’ detached home is the smallest model offered by OPUS, and it’s another great example of how they are giving buyers the option to get a contemporary look or go a more traditional route (Elevation A and B are the traditional options).
At Whitby Meadows, Paradise features 30’ and 36’ detached homes, as well as rear lane 21’ townhomes, ranging from 1,500 to 3,040 square feet.
The Deacon at Whitby Meadows is a 2,040 square foot townhome. The end-unit has 4 bedrooms and is another great example of contemporary design and the builders’ efforts to give growing families a wider selection of low-rise options.
