Aurora Trails Preview Greets Hundreds of Homebuyers!

The weekend we were all waiting for has come and gone! The Preview Open House at Aurora Trails saw hundreds of prospective homebuyers line up to get a glimpse of Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, OPUS Homes, and Paradise Homes’ collections.

The parking lot filled up in no time, and the surrounding streets were lined with cars. For the amount of people that showed up for the preview, the day proceeded in an orderly manner. Since no offers to purchase were allowed during the weekend, everyone took their time to browse the offerings without throwing any elbows.

At 6 pm on June 8, the builders started accepting online bookings for Exclusive Purchase Appointments. So, as you sit here and read this right now, purchasers are sitting down in the Aurora Trails sales centres and putting down payments on their new homes! And you can bet that even after you close this window and continue thinking about Aurora Trails throughout the day, there will be another purchaser in their car, chequebook in hand, driving to Aurora Trails to claim their dream home.

During the Preview Open House, homebuyers browsed an extensive selection of freehold townhomes, semi-detached homes, and a wide range of singles. Prices for the freehold townhomes start in the upper $400,000s, the semis start from the mid $500,000s, and the singles are priced in the mid $600,000s. The homes range from more than 1,400 to over 3,300 square feet.

When analyzing the siteplan, trying to pick their favourite lot, purchasers discovered that the builders have spread out their offerings strategically across the site so that the home designs come together to form a vibrant streetscape.
