It started out with fax machines and now it’s all about the Internet. Even with the amount of effort put into marketing a community, the referral trumps all. In the end, many homebuyers rely on the opinion of a professional realtor. Realtor Program

What’s the most important thing to a realtor when it comes to their clients? That the client ends up with their dream home, of course, but the second most important thing is quick remuneration.

The builders’ Realtor Program offers remunerations between 2% and 2.5% of the purchase price, and you don’t have to wait until closing! As soon as the client firms up, you can send your invoice along, and you will be paid within 14 days.

All you have to do is introduce your client to a New Home Sales Consultant and then complete a realtor form. After that, the New Home Sales Consultant works with your client to find the right home for them. You will be updated on your client’s progress along the way, and if the client purchases a home within three months of the introduction, then you are eligible for remuneration.

As a realtor registered with these three builders, you will also receive VIP updates via e-newsletters and direct contact with a New Home Sales Consultant. You will be kept in the loop regarding everything including special preview openings, new incentives, and upcoming communities.
