3 examples of Dundee Kilmer’s MyHome program in action

Post the Pan Am/Parapan Am Games, everyone in Toronto and the GTA knows about the Canary District, Dundee Kilmer’s master-planned community in Toronto’s east end that served as the Athlete’s Village for the Games. Do you qualify for the MyHome program?

If the above floor plans have made you realize that you can easily afford a new condo unit at Canary Park, then you need to make sure that you qualify to take advantage of the MyHome program. Here’s a checklist:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are a permanent resident or citizen of Canada
  • You are currently renting and don’t own any other property in Canada
  • You plan on using the new condo unit as your first and principal residence
  • You are eligible for financing
  • Your total household income is less than $82,600 per annum, including everyone over the age of 18 who will be living with you.
